- Go for a walk.
- Treat yourself to some luxury dark (or not) chocolate.

- Invite your closes friends for a natter/sleepover.

- Write a list of priorities/your goals.
- Drink an epic green smoothie.
- Dance like nobody's watching.
- Remove toxic relationships from your life.
- Print out some photographs.
- Drink lots of green tea (find one with a flavor you like).
- Listen to peaceful music.
- Wear clothes that make you feel good.
- Stand straight.
- Declutter your home/desk/workspace etc.
- Binge watch your favorite TV show.
- Make an epic fort.
- Take an art or craft class.
- Accomplish something you're really proud of.
- Go on a date.
- Give yourself a compliment.
- Buy a scented candle and light it.
- Choose tomorrow's outfit before bed.
- Cook a new recipe/learn how to cook.
- Indulge in reading a book for a few hours.
- Eat a big breakfast.
- Go to bed early.
- Replace negative thoughts with a compliment.
- Start the day with positive affirmations.
- Listen to a storm/rain and write (writing is optional here).
- Take a road trip.
- Cuddle.
- Buy flowers and send them to yourself to yourself (sending them to yourself is optional😂).
- Have a good laugh.
- Sleep for 8/9 hours at night.

- Go for a coffee with someone new.

- Create a mixtape (or CD), like the old days (and here I am talking like I am old enough to have experienced that).

- Create a scrapbook (of your latest adventure).
- Celebrate a small achievement.
